Job Description

The successful candidate will provide transparency regarding all VAVE productivity projects for all the EMEA sites. This role will drive cost improvement through design and innovation for all EMEA product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define a homogeneous standard way of working with site engineering managers and VAVE leads.
  2. Provide transparency regarding VAVE projects life cycle, investments, and benefits.
  3. Set process metric goals to improve VAVE projects in the lifecycle.
  4. Control overall SBU VAVE Dashboard status.
  5. Monthly consolidated EMEA VAVE performance report to leadership.
  6. Facilitate ideation workshops per site to ensure a healthy flow in the pipeline.
  7. Mentor project leaders on project management fundamentals.
  8. Escalate issues and mitigation recommendations to upper management.
  9. Schedule and lead timely status review meetings and ensure stakeholder involvement.
  10. Collaborate with PMO Leader and Program Managers to improve company Project Management Processes.
  11. Ensure revision of completed projects and drive organizational learning and process improvement.

Qualification Requirements:

  1. An accomplished project manager with advanced skills in finance, cross-functional awareness, leadership, communication, influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  2. A degree in Engineering is required.
  3. A proven track record in project management and execution, strong focus on achieving results, and ability to lead and deliver key projects.
  4. Five to ten years' experience working in a world-class manufacturing environment.
  5. Experience leading productivity projects is preferred.
  6. PMP certification preferred.

This position requires travel (minimum 25%).
