Job Title

At Big Mamma, we're bringing the dolce vita to Ireland with our first opening in Dublin.

As a Reception Supervisor, you'll be part of our amazing floor team and will embody our brand ambassador values by giving a warm and welcoming first impression to every guest.

You'll lead the host team to maintain high standards, maximise bookings, and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise.

You'll master our bookings system, Sevenrooms, and ensure all bookings and enquiries are managed efficiently.

With excellent customer service, leadership, and communication skills, you'll thrive in this role and make a real difference to our customers' experiences.

We're looking for someone with great energy, a proactive attitude, and a strong team spirit. Previous experience as a head host/hostess or reception supervisor is essential.
