We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Dublin South team, based in Sandymount, on a permanent basis (0.8 WTE). The salary scale is €32,269 - €49,298 pro rata per annum, subject to Long Service Increments (LSI's).

The job description includes:

  • Providing administrative support to the Director of Services Office;
  • Supporting HR functions and ensuring smooth operations within the team;
  • Maintaining effective administrative processes and compliance with organisational policies.

The essential requirements for this role are:

  • Department of Education Leaving Certificate Examination or equivalent qualification;
  • A minimum of three years recent experience working in an administrative role;
  • Eligibility to work in the State.
