We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Administrator to join our team in CHO6 Dublin South, currently based in Sandymount. Contract Type: Permanent Contract Hours: Part time post, 28 hours per week (0.8 WTE) Salary Scale: €32,269 - €49,298 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI's (Long Service Increments) Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days (24 days based on 28 hours per week) and proportionately less for less than 12 months service. Overview of the Post: The post holder will provide a high level of administrative support to the Director of Services Office, playing a key role in supporting the HR functions and ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the team. Their work will contribute to maintaining effective administrative processes and compliance with organisational policies. The successful candidate will have Essential Criteria: Department of Education Leaving Certificate Examination, or have completed a relevant examination at a comparable standard in any equivalent examination in another jurisdiction, or hold a comparable and relevant third level qualification of at least level 6 on the National Qualifications Framework maintained by Qualification and Quality Ireland (QQI). A minimum of three years recent, relevant experience working in an administrative role. Eligible to work in the State. Desirable Criteria: Administration/business qualification. Experience working in a health or social care setting. Experience working in front of house/reception capacity. A minimum of one year's experience working in a HR-focused role.
