Job Description

We are seeking a specialist to manage procurement administration, stores management, and supply chain operations across multiple sites.

This role is based in Cork with regular travel to Tipperary and other project sites.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Procurement Manager and be responsible for:

  • Raising and processing purchase orders using COINS procurement/inventory management software.
  • Receiving deliveries and managing goods received notes.
  • Managing PPE stock, ordering, and allocating to site staff as required.
  • Monitoring and maintaining bulk order levels.
  • Collaborating weekly with Site Supervisors on stock levels and site requirements.
  • Regularly updating stock using the inventory app.
  • Organising deliveries and collections for multiple sites across the South of Ireland.
  • Managing tool calibrations and lifting equipment tagging system.
  • Coordinating vehicle servicing and tyre replacement; delivering and collecting vans from sites as required.
  • Managing and maintaining technicians' tools and equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong IT skills with proven experience using procurement software.
  • A construction industry background is essential.
  • Electrical knowledge is an advantage.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • A full clean driving licence with trailer licence (essential).
  • A forklift licence (essential).
  • A telehandler licence (preferred).
