Procurement Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to manage our inventory and procurement processes.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong procurement and inventory management skills who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the receipt of deliveries and managing goods received notes (GRN).
  • Managing stock levels, ordering, and allocating PPE and other materials to site staff as required.
  • Monitoring and maintaining bulk order levels to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
  • Collaborating with Site Supervisors on stock levels and site requirements to ensure seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong IT skills with proven experience using procurement software.
  • A background in the construction industry.
  • Electrical knowledge is an advantage.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • A full clean driving licence with trailer licence (essential).
  • A Forklift licence (essential).
  • Telehandler licence (preferred).
