Purchasing Specialist / Procurement Manager

As a strategic procurement professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Materials Requirement Plan (MRP), managing suppliers, and maintaining inventories. This role involves overseeing the entire supply chain process to ensure seamless delivery of materials to our operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Category management (media, filtration, single-use technologies etc)
  • Update and maintain records in SAP and other relevant systems
  • Manage relationships with suppliers to secure best-in-class terms and conditions
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and collaborate with relevant teams on inventory planning
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements:
  • Significant experience in a similar procurement or supply chain role within a regulated industry environment
  • Expertise in SAP system implementation and management
  • Direct material category management experience, including negotiation and contracting
  • Proven supplier management skills, including quality control and performance monitoring
