Job Role:

This is a role where you will work in a team to provide excellent customer service. You will represent the company in all dealings and ensure that customers have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the manager on operational activities to ensure the team runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis.
  • Deal with incoming queries relating to the branch, such as arranging viewing appointments and market appraisals.
  • Ensure timely responses and accurate recording of details on the relevant system.
  • Monitor and action tasks field on the system.
  • Confirm all appointments on the system.
  • Prepare terms of engagement and compliance documentation for properties being made available.
  • Oversee board orders and ensure inclusion of all required items on the overview report.
  • Publish weekly On View times through web portals.
  • Update window displays and display screens in the team.
  • Process credit card payments and cheques, and submit receipts to Accounts.
  • Monitor and manage petty cash.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years previous administration experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Excellent telephone, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, good ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
