Lead Restaurant Manager Job

We are seeking an innovative leader for a full-time restaurant manager role.

  • Ensure the highest levels of quality, service and cleanliness.
  • Train and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage staff performance reviews, PDPs, rostering, and resolve issues.
Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and motivate your team to achieve operational excellence.
  2. Implement sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue.
  3. Manage stock ordering, inventory control, and conduct weekly stock takes.
  4. Develop and maintain a positive working environment within the team.
  5. Take overall responsibility for the operational running of the restaurant, including cash handling and implementing company policies.
  6. Achieve KPI targets set by Management and ensure all HACCP documentation is up to date.
  7. Handle customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Candidate must have excellent leadership skills with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to address and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene systems.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing a team.
  • Personal drive and integrity with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
