Job Title: Early Years Leader

A dynamic leadership role is available in our childcare centre. As an Early Years Leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, full-time early years care and education to support children's holistic development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver curriculum planning and learning experiences that align with Aistear and Siolta frameworks, ensuring compliance and quality standards are maintained.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to your team, helping them support children's development and wellbeing.
  • Contribute to a culture of professionalism, inclusion, safety, and care within the centre.
Requirements:Essential Qualifications:
  • Fetac Level 6 (or recognised equivalent) in Early Childhood Education.
  • Leadership capability, reliability, empathy, and passion for working with children.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Previous experience leading a team or managing a classroom.
  • Strong understanding of Aistear and Siolta frameworks.
