Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Process Engineer - Aseptic Lead.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a state-of-the-art fill-finish facility and the company's first stand-alone vaccine and biologics plant outside the US.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing cross-functional development and technical expertise to operations teams, ensuring objectives are effectively achieved, consistent with company requirements to ensure compliance, safety, and reliable supply to customers.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of operations experience in a sterile manufacturing environment, demonstrated ability to coach and lead change, and strong knowledge of sterile manufacturing processes with a focus on delivery and results within highly regulated controlled environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide cross-functional development and technical expertise to operations team
  • Serve as COE in Sterile Council and Sterile CoP
  • Support team member training/development needs
  • Develop and maintain training programs
  • Assist the team with development of objectives
  • Foster an environment that allows for progressive, continuous improvement of skills
  • Effectively lead media fill (Process Simulation) development and execution
  • Responsible for contributing to Cleanroom Operation and contamination (cGMP)

Requirements:

  • 3-5 year's operations experience in a sterile manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and lead change
  • Strong Knowledge of Sterile Manufacturing Processes
