Job Description
Children's Disability Network Team (CDNT) is seeking a Behaviour Specialist to provide quality, evidence-based behaviour support to children with complex needs. The successful candidate will join a well-established multidisciplinary team, working closely alongside psychologists and other professionals to deliver family-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist expertise on behaviours of concern to children within the CDNT.
  • Work collaboratively with the psychology team and other professionals to deliver high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement individualised behaviour support plans in partnership with children, young people, and their families.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of effective relationships with service users, carers, and other stakeholders.


Requirements:
  • Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Higher qualification in behavioural assessment and intervention, e.g., MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Diploma in Applied Psychology of Learning Disability.
  • Evidence of continued professional development and commitment to ongoing learning.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
