A leading main contractor is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage document control and company administration systems. The successful candidate will support smooth operations by liaising with internal teams and site staff. Key responsibilities include maintaining & updating training records, subcontractor documentation, and company policies, as well as supporting compliance processes related to quality, health & safety, and training. Additionally, this role involves delivering high-quality written communications and documentation, improving and maintaining administrative workflows and procedures. Responsibilities:
• Manage document control and company administration systems
• Liaise with internal teams and site staff to support smooth operations
• Maintain & update training records, subcontractor documentation, and company policies

• Improve and maintain administrative workflows and procedures

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in office administration or document control
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• High level of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of Procore is a bonus
