Job Title: Technical Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our edge infrastructure, working closely with engineering and implementation teams to ensure seamless system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of our Linux-based edge platform and its global deployment footprint\
  • Hands-on, high-impact role focused on system reliability, hardware support, and network configuration\
  • Building systems and processes that keep our edge infrastructure secure, performant, and always connected\
  • Troubleshooting complex system issues in production environments\\[/ul":[/p]\

Requirements:

  • \
  • 8+ years of professional experience in systems, embedded, or infrastructure engineering\
  • Deep expertise with Linux-based operating systems\
  • Strong background in Python, Bash scripting, and system automation\
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting networking stacks and firewalls\
  • Familiarity with embedded systems, low-level debugging, or hardware integration\
  • Ability to triage and resolve complex system issues in production environments\
  • Excellent debugging and performance-tuning skills across hardware and OS layers\
  • Ability to influence technical direction, mentor peers, and drive execution\
  • Strong documentation and process-building skills to support scale\\[/ul":[/p]\
