Head of Finance Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our finance function.

The Role:
  • Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this individual will provide strategic and operational advice to the Managing Director of Operations.
  • Owning the financial planning process for operations is key to this role.
  • Leading change management initiatives is also a critical aspect.
  • This person will be responsible for overseeing cost efficiency across manufacturing and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with the Operations team to develop and implement financial plans and strategies.
  2. You will manage and oversee the financial planning process for operations, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives is essential.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • A qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent is required.
  • Strong people management experience is necessary.
  • Relevant industry experience is also important.
  • Excellent communication skills are vital for success in this role.
