The role of Financial Controller is a pivotal position within our organization, requiring an accomplished professional to shape the financial strategy and drive business growth.


About the Position
  • Lead and manage day-to-day accounting operations for a high-performing finance team, ensuring seamless execution of key tasks and responsibilities.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of monthly management accounts, presenting findings to senior stakeholders and making informed recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts, maintaining company cash flows and optimizing resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and prepare comprehensive reporting packs for senior stakeholders, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee the annual audit process, collaborating with external partners to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Nurture relationships with key external partners, including banks and tax consultants, to facilitate timely and accurate filing of tax returns and optimize compliance.

Essential Qualifications
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior financial leadership role
  • Advantageous to have experience with ROI tax and compliance
