Role Summary

The Financial Analyst plays a vital role in providing financial support to our Distribution Center, acting as a key finance partner to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide monthly reviews and presentations of financial performance and metrics to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with the Distribution Center to manage inventory and control obsolescence, assigning risk to responsible parties.
  • Prepare annual operating plans and forecasts for the Distribution center, taking ownership of planning and forecasting tasks.
  • Evaluate all capital requests for the Distribution Center, ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
  • Develop analytical models using available tools like Power BI/AI, supporting distribution centers with data-driven insights.

Work Experience Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 2-5 years of overall work experience, ideally with 3+ years post-qualification experience in a multinational company with exposure to distribution, manufacturing, or shared services environments.

Education Requirements

A professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent) is desirable but not mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or an equivalent field is required.
