We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our retail team as an Assistant Store Manager in our Dundrum town centre store in Dublin. This is a full-time opportunity to take your retail career to the next level.

Job Description

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and driving commercial excellence. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, identifying opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability, and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding service through regular training.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to implement effective operational processes, procedures, and administration. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in achieving business objectives
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
  • Leading and motivating a high-performing team to achieve excellent results
  • Ensuring the store is visually merchandised to the highest standard
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales performance and customer feedback

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Good problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail management experience at a similar level
  • A passion for premium or luxury products, although all retail backgrounds are considered
  • A proven track record of increasing overall business performance
  • A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service through your team
