Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and leading a high-performing team.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with experience in luxury brands and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Managing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff supervision
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute plans to increase sales revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience
  2. Manage Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff supervision
  3. Lead and Develop Team Members: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that is committed to delivering exceptional customer service
  4. Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury brands
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
