Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal lines renewals and invite clients for renewal by email or letter.
- Ensure all files are up-to-date on the Relay system.
Team Collaboration
- Build strong relationships across the Renewal Issue Team within the organization.
- Collaborate with the Personal Lines Renewal Issue Team Leader to deliver team targets and objectives.
Compliance
- Ensure all compliance standards are met during all processes.
Requirements
- APA qualified.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Relay an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, manage, multitask, and execute daily tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Open to change and fast-paced environment.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
