Speech and Language Therapist
  • A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in CHO1 Cavan.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for delivering high-quality services to children and families.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Registration as a Speech & Language Therapist by the Speech & Language Therapists Registration Board at CORU

and

  • At least 3 years full-time post-qualification clinical experience

in working with children with a range of disabilities / developmental delay and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to children aged 0-18 years
  • Assess, diagnose and intervene in communication disorders
  • Conduct assessment of need and provide ongoing service delivery
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

Overview of the Post:

The post holder will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to meet the needs of children with a range of disabilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Be registered, or be eligible for registration, as a Speech & Language Therapist by the Speech & Language Therapists Registration Board at CORU

and

  • Have at least 3 years full-time post-qualification clinical experience in working with children with a range of disabilities / developmental delay and their families

and

  • Meet the necessary qualifications and experience for the proper discharge of the duties of the office

Annual Registration:

  • On appointment, practitioners must maintain annual registration on the Speech & Language Therapists Register maintained by the Speech & Language Therapists Registration Board at CORU

and

  • Practitioners must confirm annual registration with Enable Ireland
