Key Responsibilities

The Garage Management Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our garage. This includes leading vehicle specification and maintenance, managing service and maintenance resources, and monitoring and driving optimal vehicle availability.

This role requires a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and logistics, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies that drive optimal vehicle availability, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct risk assessments for all maintenance activities, including safety measures and SOPs.
  • Actively manage business KPIs, setting budgets, and ensuring optimal return on assets and service delivery.
  • Perform vehicle spot checks to ensure roadworthiness and legal compliance, addressing issues promptly.

You will also be responsible for ensuring health, safety, and compliance are embedded in all fleet maintenance activities, meeting all legislative requirements.
