Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Central Consultant to lead the implementation of our clients' projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication and project management abilities, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Business Central implementations, from requirements gathering to solution delivery.
  • Conduct high-level discovery sessions and demonstrations during pre-sales engagements.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
  • Analyse client business processes and requirements to design effective solutions.
  • Develop and document solution architectures and functional specifications.
  • Provide comprehensive training to users on Business Central functionality.
  • Deliver post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential skills & experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with proven functional skills in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Implementation experience with GL, FA, AP/P2P, AR/O2C, Workflows, Inventory management, Project Management/Jobs, Roles and permissions, and Config packages.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and business process skills acquired in a customer-facing role.

Highly desirable skills & experience:

  • Experience with Jet reports, Continia Document Capture, Continia Expense Management, Power Platform (some knowledge of BI, Power Apps and Power Automate).
  • Pre-sales engagement experience including initial high-level discovery and demonstrations,
  • Industry/project experience to include multi-company/multi-currency organisations, supply chain/distribution, manufacturing, contracting/professional services, public sector organisation.
Personal Qualities
  • Confident communicator/presenter with ability to manage customer/stakeholder relationships.
  • Comfortable leading workshops and working in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to delegate effectively while being responsible for delivery of the task.
