Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee core HR functions including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and wellbeing for our European and US offices.

  • Oversee the execution of strategic plans related to talent acquisition, employee relations, and compensation programs.
  • Develop and implement global L&D strategies aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving employee engagement, administering Compensation and Benefits programs, and partnering with the HR team to support culture initiatives across global offices.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, along with 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.

They will have a proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, as well as experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs.

Skills:

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and regulatory requirements in Europe and the US.

They will also be comfortable with data analysis, dashboards, and HR analytics, and have the ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
