Job Responsibilities

  • This role involves playing a key part in ensuring the successful business transformation across the BSC network.
  • You will work closely with various teams to onboard and integrate suppliers on our new SCC platform.
  • Responsibilities include developing training for suppliers, facilitating supplier onboarding, stakeholder engagement, and buy-in discussions with Sr Leaders of strategic suppliers.
  • You will partner with other teams to support Agile development of key system features/epics.
  • Your tasks will involve providing feedback plans after go-live with suppliers, coordinating procedure and E2E process flow updates, and drafting and managing new global procedures as needed.
  • You will conduct impact assessments for change enablement and interim state processes through refinement efforts.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a field related to supply chain is essential.
  • 3+ years of professional or operational experience in supply chain for medical devices is required.
  • Experience in Systems/Applications for procurement, preferably as a BPL/SME in one or more of the following: SAP, Rapid Response, Ariba, Isupply, Ecert, and/or VIM.
