The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for building and civil engineering projects. They will also be responsible for managing procurement processes, including sourcing and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.">
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships.">
