The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years' experience within Air Freight Export operations, knowledge of GDP and Aviation Cargo Security, and excellent communication and planning skills.

Duties:

• Reporting to the Operations Manager

• Working as part of a team in coordinating all associated operational and administrative processes within the area of exports of the Air Freight division

• Liaising with customers and stakeholders, including warehouse teams, haulage agents, and airlines

• Coordinating shipment bookings from start to finish

• Ensuring operational and administrative processes are completed within the division

• Managing export customs clearance, invoicing customers, and processing invoices

• Applying knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Aviation Security

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience within Air Freight Export operations

• Knowledge and experience of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Aviation Cargo Security

• Ability to multitask within a busy environment

• Excellent communication skills and effective planning and monitoring skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills via email and calls

• Ability to complete 5-year background check

• Ability to complete remote weekend duties based on business requirements
