Supply Chain Manager

Oversee planning, coordination, and management of materials to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

This includes stock accuracy, supplier coordination, inbound and outbound logistics, and quality control while streamlining processes to optimize product availability.

Key responsibilities include team and workload management, ensuring company policies are followed, IT setup for new joiners, office and premises management, master user and trainer of ERP system, and conducting daily team huddles.

Additional duties include managing materials and supply chain coordination, full cycle product management, performance monitoring and reporting, general and shared responsibilities such as assisting with monthly billing, onboarding training, health and safety, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, ability to coordinate between multiple departments, proactive and solution-oriented mindset, familiarity with logistics and invoice management processes, and comfortable using IT systems.

They will also have a flexible approach to work, adaptability to change, and a strong attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • Professionalism with a drive to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • 3rd level qualification/diploma/certification (preferably Business or Health related)
  • At least two years' experience in a fast-paced customer-focused role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate between multiple departments
