We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to manage patient care in the comfort of their own home. This role is ideal for candidates with previous experience working with adult clients and the ability to work independently.

Nursing Duties:
  • Effective medication management
  • Seizure management strategies
  • Pain management techniques
  • Dementia training programs
  • Moving and handling procedures /hoist and re-positioning
  • Skin integrity management practices
  • Professional boundaries and confidentiality protocols
  • Working effectively in the home environment as a lone worker
  • Infection control and disposal of clinical waste procedures
  • CPR certification

As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment and receive comprehensive induction training and an in-house training scheme for mandatory certifications.

We offer competitive rates starting from €31.20 per hour, premium rates available for nights, weekends, Sundays and bank holidays up to €50 per hour, and a sign on bonus of €250 for 100 hours worked.

The successful candidate will also have access to fuel cards, refer a friend bonus of up to €500, free garda vetting, free uniform, full PPE provided, and statutory sick pay.

Key Responsibilities:

This role requires exceptional communication skills, empathy and patience when dealing with patients and their families. You must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
