Job Summary

This role is pivotal in driving growth strategies and expanding our expertise, footprint, and profitability in data centers and critical facilities while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Generate new business opportunities and maintain current accounts within the Mission Critical Data Center (Colocation, Build to Suit, Hyperscale) and Enterprise markets.
  • Tap into established networks and contacts to identify new business prospects.
  • Engage with key players in data center colocation, enterprise, and hyper-scaler sectors to introduce mission-critical construction services.
  • Create proposals, presentations, and briefings that showcase our services.
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote our design/build services.
  • Foster positive connections with current business partners to drive additional opportunities.
About You
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Development/sales with a minimum 3+ years in the data center industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related subject.
  • An existing network of relationships with Enterprise, Colocation, and Hyperscale clients.
  • Active participation in local/national data center organizations.
  • Experience in C-level interaction/partnering and a proven track record of managing and closing profitable deals.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
