A key role in leading residential developer's construction projects nationwide.
">Overview:
Responsible for producing and managing detailed construction programmes using Asta Powerproject. Ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects is crucial to the success of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction programmes for housing developments using Asta Powerproject.
- Collaborate with the Construction Director, Project Managers, Site Managers, Design, and Commercial teams to align programmes with design, procurement, and build strategies.
- Plan works logically, incorporating lead times, procurement schedules, statutory approvals, and utilities coordination specific to Irish residential projects.
- Identify critical paths, key milestones, and potential risks, proposing mitigation strategies where needed.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to validate lead times and integrate them into the programme.
- Possess a strong technical understanding of the Irish housebuilding process – from greenfield site to handover, including groundworks, utilities, timber frame/traditional build, and fit-out. Knowledge of Irish construction regulations, planning requirements, and BCAR (Building Control Amendment Regulations)
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in planning within residential construction.
