Senior Commercial Manager

We are looking for a seasoned commercial expert to oversee the complete commercial functions of our projects. This includes liaising with senior stakeholders, managing budgets and cash flow, and coordinating with joint venture partners, supply chain, and clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring pre-construction project information is accurately transferred to the project team. Additionally, they will support the initiation and setup of new projects, advising on contractual matters and contractual approach with clients.

  • Key responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth while minimizing costs
    • Advise and report regularly on contractual and commercial matters to senior stakeholders
    • Manage interfaces between operations, legal, and finance functions
