Engineering Administrative Assistant

This is a key role within our Engineering department, responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and coordination support.

  • Manage day-to-day administrative duties, supporting engineers to optimize workflow and department efficiency.
  • Assist in the review, update, and distribution of engineering procedures.
  • Oversee the issuance, tracking, and retention of engineering documents.
  • Support the procurement process by managing requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Maintain and organize the QA Document Room.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate ad hoc meeting requests.
Requirements
  • Experience with procurement processes and PO administration.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a regulated manufacturing environment.

A relevant third-level qualification in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related discipline is highly desirable.

Familiarity with document management systems and electronic quality management systems is an advantage.

Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
