Automation Testing Lead

This role involves managing and leading a team of experienced QA and testing professionals, with the goal of driving high performance and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in automation testing, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior role.

In this position, you will be responsible for creating and executing a detailed testing strategy, liaising with managers to ensure alignment with project goals, and delivering regular reports to stakeholders.

You will also mentor junior team members, assist with recruitment, and drive the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage an experienced QA and testing team
  • Create and execute a detailed testing strategy
  • Liaise with managers to ensure test plan alignment
  • Deliver detailed reports to stakeholders
  • Mentor and guide junior team members

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years' experience in automation testing (min 3 years in a senior role)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of software testing (manual and automated testing tools)
