Cpl Resources - HR is a renowned organization that excels in providing top-notch recruitment services. We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate to fill the role of HR Manager on a permanent basis.
This position will be responsible for ensuring the operational effectiveness of the HR function, driving and supporting a positive organizational culture, and being the point of contact for any escalations.
The ideal candidate will have a Degree in HR or other related subject, CIPD qualification would be an advantage, and hands-on experience with Irish employment law.
The successful candidate will be required to work on site 5 days per week and have previous experience in a manager's capacity.
- Ensure all legislative processes are adhered to
- Manage all recruitment across the organization
- Process payroll
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HR management and operational practices
