Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team in Cork City.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness and social exclusion.

  • The successful candidate will be a key member of our multidisciplinary team, delivering essential services to this vulnerable population.

Working 37 hours per week, you will be based at our Cork City location and will be expected to demonstrate expertise in investigation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental disorders in this specialist area of psychiatry.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Applicants must be registered as a specialist in the Specialist Division of the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland in the specialties of psychiatry.
  • They must also demonstrate effective planning and organising skills, effective communication skills, awareness and appreciation of the service user, leadership and team management skills, including the ability to work with multi-disciplinary team members, and be eligible to work in Ireland.
