Project Management Director

You will lead a team responsible for delivering strategic projects, ensuring successful outcomes and effective stakeholder engagement. Your leadership skills will drive the development of project management frameworks and methodologies that align with our sustainability goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business objectives.
  • Leverage expertise in project management best practices to develop and implement robust project planning, risk management, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for project delivery and provide regular reports to senior executives and governance bodies.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of project managers, fostering a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement scalable project delivery frameworks that support long-term business growth and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related discipline; professional certification desirable.
  • Minimum 10+ years in project and programme management within the energy or infrastructure sectors, with proven leadership and budget management experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and quality in all project activities.
