PMO Program Manager
Our client is a major provider of energy solutions in Ireland, and they are currently seeking a new Program Manager to establish and lead a high-performing Project Management Office (PMO). As part of the senior leadership team, the program manager will play a critical role in driving strategic alignment, ensuring robust project governance, and delivering successful outcomes from early development through commissioning.
What's involved:
- Drive resource and budget planning, ensuring efficient deployment and monitoring of capital and operational expenditure.
- Lead and mentor a team of programme and project managers to deliver performance excellence and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the key liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders, including regulators, suppliers, and government agencies.
- Ensure alignment between project delivery and strategic business goals while maintaining the highest standards of safety and sustainability.
What you need:
- 10+ years of experience in programme and project management.
- Proven leadership in managing complex project portfolios.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management; professional PM certifications (PMP, MSP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
- Full, unrestricted and immediate working rights to work in Ireland.
