Project Delivery Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Manager to join our team and play a central role in delivering large-scale renewable energy projects. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of major infrastructure projects across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project delivery frameworks, governance structures, and standardized processes to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Drive consistency in project management methodologies, templates, and standards across the portfolio.
  • Provide operational oversight to Program and Project Managers throughout all project phases, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and scope compliance.
  • Produce accurate and timely performance reports and dashboards for executive stakeholders and governance boards.
  • Manage resource allocation across multiple projects, balancing internal and external capacity and prioritizing strategic initiatives.
  • Act as a key liaison between the PMO, project teams, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Lead and manage a team of project analysts, coordinators, and support staff, providing guidance, performance management, and workload prioritization.
  • Champion the development of project management capability across the organization, offering mentoring, coaching, and training to build a strong delivery culture.
  • Manage and deliver cross-functional business projects as required, ensuring they are scoped, resourced, and executed in line with organizational priorities.
  • Promote and uphold best practice in risk management, governance, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
