Job Title

Avoid production disruptions and lead your team with our Maintenance Team Leader role.

  • Act as the IWS Maintenance lead, coaching teams to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Assume full maintenance manager responsibilities when needed to ensure operational continuity.
  • Oversee daily operations of the Maintenance team, prioritizing repairs, improvements, and project tasks to minimize downtime.
  • Execute all maintenance tasks planned and reactive alongside the Maintenance Manager.
  • Participate in regular meetings to align with company objectives.

Requirements

  • Relevant City & Guilds qualification (electrical preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership experience in maintenance or engineering teams.
  • Excellent people management and coaching skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and prioritize maintenance schedules effectively.
  • Strong technical background and competence.
