  • Coordinate with development and testing teams to ensure smooth transition to upgraded systems.
  • Help develop and execute test plans to validate functionality, performance, and compatibility of upgraded systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders throughout the upgrade process.

A minimum of 4+ years of relevant industry experience is required, along with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and technical processes.
