As a Senior Digital Customer Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding. This includes technical and project aspects such as IP ranges, Load Balancer setup requirements, VPN networks, and more.

You will also handle support tickets, bridge customer queries and requirements from technical operations teams, and ensure periodic service reviews to track service quality across a range of customers.

In this role, you will orchestrate overall service delivery according to agreed SLAs and KPIs, supporting customers on technical queries and requirements throughout their lifecycle within the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services scope of engagement.

Key qualifications include engineering graduate with 5+ years of work experience as a SAP technical consultant in a customer-facing or supporting role, strong knowledge of SAP Basis, SAP ERP modules, and tools like TSM, BODI application, DBs of HANA, ASE, Sybase, Oracle.

A strong understanding of infrastructure operations and processes, escalation handling, and procedures is also essential. Additionally, excellent customer focus, networking, relationship-building, results-driven, self-organized, and decision-making skills are required.
