Pricing Coordinator
">Job Summary:
- A Pricing Coordinator is required to manage all customer and vendor pricing data in SAP. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team with accuracy of all customer and vendor pricing and product data in SAP.
- Ensure that all part numbers are set up in a timely manner in accordance with approved SOPs.
- Support the data maintenance of part numbers in Item Master Data in SAP.
- Input new information into SAP systems ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain list prices.
- Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies reported.
- Respond to requests for confirmation of pricing or provision of pricing lists.
- Manage discontinued items and alternatives and communicate changes with relevant parties.
- Manage shared pricing inboxes.
- Perform intrastat reporting.
- Support the team with any ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- High attention to detail, and experience in data entry and analyzing data is desirable.
- Good problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to issues that may arise.
- SAP experience or equivalent ERP system would be advantageous.
- Target-driven with a flexible work attitude to meet business deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately.
- Ability to question and critique.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills.
