The Role of the Global Sales Enablement Team
We are at the forefront of driving revenue and growth within Stripe's sales organization. As trusted business partners, our goal is to help users understand Stripe products and integrate them with ease. We strive to equip our sales teams and leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute a sales enablement vision for the EMEA GTM organisation that advances Stripe's position in the market.
- Design and implement innovative training programs that equip our managers and sellers with the skills and knowledge needed for cross-functional alignment and performance improvement.
- Craft a forward-looking enablement roadmap that leverages data insights and emerging market trends.
Your Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of sales or sales enablement experience in the Financial Services/FinTech industry.
- Experience working in an organization with a usage/consumption based revenue model.
- Proven ability to distill complex technical information into accessible content fit for a sales audience.
