Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our front office operations at a busy hotel in Dublin. The successful candidate will be a customer-focused individual with a proven track record in Irish hospitality.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all front of house functions, including reception, reservations, guest relations, and concierge services, while maintaining the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day front office operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional service
  • Ensure compliance with all procedures and quality standards
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and prompt resolution
  • Maintain and optimise the use of property management systems for all front desk operations
