Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking an accomplished restaurant supervisor to oversee our front-of-house operation. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a professional with at least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, looking to grow their leadership skills and contribute to a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies to grow our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Manage stock levels, including procurement and inventory control, to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including HACCP and EHO standards.
  • Motivate and train staff to deliver outstanding results and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing front-of-house operations, with a focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficient in using technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
