Hotel Services Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Hotel Services Manager to lead our hotel's services department.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least three years of work experience in managing a large team of over 15 employees, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • The ability to motivate people, delegate tasks, and work as part of a collaborative team is essential.
  • A high level of attention to detail and standards of cleanliness is required to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Working knowledge of hotel management systems, such as Hot Soft or similar, is necessary for effective performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective communication with colleagues, guests, and external partners.

About the Job:

  • This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Salary after tax in Ireland for this Hotel Services Manager role will be 2,800 € net per month (40,000 € gross before tax, per year) on 40 hours per week (overtime is possible).
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all functions of the housekeeping department, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness in all hotel areas, controlling finances, managing stock levels, ordering supplies, recruiting and managing employees, and overall equipment and maintenance control.

Additional Benefits:

  • If moving to Ireland from abroad, you will be provided with permanent accommodation for 450 € per month for a single private room in shared accommodation close to the hotel. Utilities are included in the cost.
