About the Role

This role will take ownership of daily administrative tasks within the Global Compliance team while supporting other areas of the business as required. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in document management and version control.


Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and validate compliance-related data in designated systems to maintain accuracy and completeness.
  • Create, modify, and maintain documents, templates, and forms according to current standards and requirements.
  • Organize and manage electronic and physical compliance records following retention policies.
  • Track compliance and audit deadlines and regulatory submissions using a centralized calendar system.
  • Schedule and coordinate audits, compliance team meetings, including preparation of materials and minutes.
  • Perform quality control reviews of compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Generate routine compliance reports and distribute to relevant stakeholders.
  • Process and respond to routine compliance-related inquiries from internal departments.
  • Track completion of required compliance training and maintain certification records.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by preparing and organizing required documentation.
  • Document and update standard operating procedures for compliance processes.

Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in document management and version control.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
