Electrical Systems Supervisor

As an Electrical Systems Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the electrical day team, supporting management of shift teams, and being the point of escalation for onsite issues.

You will oversee all electrical engineering aspects, including staff development, processes and procedures for data centers. Your primary goal is to ensure 100% uptime for critical power systems while maintaining a good working relationship with all members of the team and client representatives.

  1. Develop and implement effective electrical supervision strategies to optimize system performance and minimize downtime.
  2. Manage vendor documentation and review submitted reports to ensure compliance with established procedures.
  3. Conduct regular site visits to inspect equipment and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement energy-saving initiatives and drive site-wide efficiency.
