About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dublin. As a key member of our RME team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment.

In this role, you will work closely with our technical teams to identify and implement solutions to maintain and improve our equipment performance. You will also be responsible for supervising technicians and providing guidance and support as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical disciplines, with experience working in both automation and material handling environments. Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English is also required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of technicians to ensure efficient operation of equipment and facilities
  • Identify and implement solutions to maintain and improve equipment performance
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and develop new processes and systems
  • Provide guidance and support to technicians and other team members
Requirements
  • Full Engineering indentured Apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject
  • Relevant experience in a technical leadership role
  • Relevant experience working in both electrical and mechanical disciplines
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
